StadiFit Health Centers gym will be open normally sunday 6.11.2016 from 10 am to 4 pm.

The new Stadi Fit Health Center is now open with a more spacious layout and improved services to answer individual needs! Now you can find experts from different fields all under one roof ready to help you towards a healthier you.  Our services from physiotherapy and rehab all the way to personal training and small group CrossFit coaching and gym training, will make sure you’ll find the right fit for your needs without the need to go from a place to another.

FysioProVita has always searched ways to expand their services and be able to provide the best health services under one roof. This has been their goal since they started in 2005. The company has positively changed and evolved in the past decade. One of these steps was acquiring Sidas Medical orthotics importation in 2012 as an additional service.

Stadi CrossFit was born from the professional backgrounds of the primary founding partners in 2014. Over 30 years of combined working experience in the fitness and sport industry gave them the practical expertise to create a different, more individualised approach. The driving force behind the company is the belief that quality fitness and health coaching services require a personal touch and community element to it.

In 2015 FysioProVita and Stadi CrossFit joined forces. We have the same goal and philosophy. Together we were able to create a comprehensive health center with a large variety of services. We are excited for this new phase for our community and the level of services that we are able to provide our clients with.

WHAT IS YOGA, AND WHY IS IT SO POPULAR?

Yoga is a series of stretches and poses that you do with breathing techniques. It offers the powerful benefits of exercise. And since yoga is gentle, almost anyone can do it, regardless of your age or fitness level.

BENEFITS OF YOGA

Yoga can help you:

  • Reduce your risk for injury. Each yoga pose targets specific muscles. This helps you increase your flexibility and reduce your risk for injury.
  • Reduce stress. Yoga can help soothe the mind and lower stress levels. It does this by focusing the mind on the moment and the movements.
  • Increase your concentration. A main part of yoga is rhythmic, focused breathing. This can help you focus.
  • Understand the mind and body connection. Yoga requires you to focus all your energy on each movement or pose exactly. This can help you feel the mind and body work together.
  • Improve balance and stability. Balancing poses require you to use your core muscles. This can help you improve your overall stability.
  • Improve posture. Yoga poses strengthen and open tight areas of the body like the shoulders and muscles of the upper back. This can help you keep good posture.

Time is spent breaking down Sun Salutations and other poses fundamental to the Vinyasa practice. We will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. We will be flowing 10 times.
The Course will be held on sundays 18.9 – 20.11.2016 at 15-16 at the Stadi Fit Health Centre (Bulevardi 54) lead by our RYT-200 Yoga teacher Elina Gustafsson

Hi ProVita Members!

As you may have seen over the last week and a half, we from Stadi Fit High Performance and Health have joined Fysio Provita to offer our coaching services and expand what is available to you under the same roof. We appreciate your patience during the renovation periods; the main changes are now complete. We therefore would now like to introduce ourselves and offer the opportunity for you to get to know what we are offering and how the new layout works.

Who we are?

Stadi Fit High Performance and Health is company focused on delivering high quality health and fitness coaching in both small groups (using the CrossFit format among other styles) and one on one. Our coaching style is available to all levels of experience and we offer small group (8 people or less) movement training coaching (CrossFit and functional training format), including the specialty 50+ and teens groups, nutritional coaching, running coaching and post­physiotherapy rehabilitation support. Our coaching philosophy Our focus is on coaching quality movement and providing support for a quality life and athletic performance. Working with natural movements that the human body should be able to perform in daily life, our aim is to coach, step by step, functionally applicable movement including identifying blocks or limitations. For this reason, mobility coaching is a big part of what we offer. By working to restore full range of motion and removing painful areas, we are better able to move and perform properly.
