Group exercising

We are offering group exercising and group rehabilitation courses. All the instructors are physiotherapists except for the Golf group, which is led by Golf trainer Harri Murtonen.
The maximum group size is ten persons so that we are able to offer best possible training for every individual.

With referral from your doctors it is also possible to receive KELA discount from the group training. (Please see the information from www.kela.fi)

Pilates

Our Pilates courses begin twice a year, usually in the spring and in the fall. The courses are usually once a week lasting for 10 weeks.
In Pilates the group is doing middle body muscle exercises that support the back together with deep breathing which improves body awareness and posture.
Our Pilates instructor Anu Keskilä will happily give more information on the subject.

Fysio Group

In Fysio Group the group does warm-up and fitness exercises, stretching and relaxation. The Fysio Group is suitable especially for people with neck, shoulder and back problems.

Golf Group

The Golf groups are small groups of 3-4 people. The group size guarantees the individualised technique, leaderboard and equipment training. Training helps to understand the body and its movement during Golf. Every group also has lessons held by our physiotherapists.

CorusCardio training for the health of your heart

CorusCardio training will be operated in cooperation with Terveystalo.

Rehabilitation Training lasts 3-6 months. CorusCardio-trained physical therapist will guide small groups twiuce a week in FysioProVita. There will be aerobic and muscular endurance traíning workout of constantly monitoring function.
